Ronald studied applied mathematics at Delft University and graduated from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
After earning his MBA (cum laude), he worked at Bain & Company in Munich. As a consultant and later as a project manager, he worked for clients in the Business to Business market and the Financial Services. He then worked as an associate partner at MSR Consulting Group in Germany responsible for projects in the areas of efficiency improvement (top line and cost reduction) and restructuring. As managing partner of MSR Consulting Group in the Netherlands, he is responsible for projects in the field of top-line improvement, cost reduction, business recovery and program management.
