When he finished his study Civil Engineering in Delft, Martin started his career as manager of a new advisory department at the Dutch organisation for applied natural scientific research (TNO).
After graduating from INSEAD in Fontainebleau he became managing partner for the Dutch office of MSR Consulting Group. His is mainly active in the automotive industry and financial services. His projects focus on the development of new sales/marketing and service strategies and large-scale implementations of these strategies in the country organisations. Martin is also engaged in performing Recovery and Restructuring (Top Line & Cost Reduction). Furthermore he is responsible for the so-called ‘extraordinary management’ processes.
