Increasing gross margin per customer transaction

A premium brand in the automotive sector wanted structural improvement on the transaction results of used cars. The project has been rolled out across the entire Dutch dealer network.

Our approach

On the basis of financial analyses and process descriptions the main problems have been identified with respect to the transaction result in the sale of used cars. Subsequently the necessary improvements have been implemented in both sales and after-sales area.
